As an Introducing Broker, we enable hedge funds and asset managers to leverage portfolio margining and access best of breed prime brokerage services from SunGard.

Raven Securities provides an international suite of trading and financial products with comprehensive portfolio, performance, and risk reporting tools through a single, integrated portal.

Our clients establish fully disclosed introduced accounts with Raven Securities, rather than omnibus accounts. Custody and clearing are provided by SunGard.  Raven’s direct access reduces counter party risk and enables our clients to enjoy wholesale commission rates, attractive financing terms, plus enhanced leverage and access to securities lending, subject to approval by the aforementioned clearing brokers.

Additional Prime Brokerage services include:

• Capital Introduction Services. Our institutional investor clients have provided us with a direct mandate to introduce them to emerging and successful hedge funds for capital investments.

• Flexibility. Our technology allows you to execute trades on any qualified OMS.

• Customized Reporting Tool. We provide an in depth broker agnostic reporting tool that allows you to monitor positions and P&L without logging into a prime broker’s proprietary system.
